Nice intro definately. I like the electric guitars tone over the acoustic. They go together really well.
It sounds like on the vocals you're trying to hard to sing in a voice thats not your natural singing voice. I could be way off here but maybe if you tried putting a little more treble into your voice - that would be cool.
